Dr. Rajiv Mallik
MD
Dr. Rajiv Mallik received his medical school training at All India Institute of Medical Sciences. He completed his residency at Michael Reese Hospital, Chicago Illinois through the University of Illinois at Chicago. He continued at Michael Reese Hospital and completed his Cardiovascular Disease Fellowship. He completed Fellowship in Clinical Cardiac Electrophysiology and Advanced Cardiac Electrophysiology at Advocate Illinois Masonic Medical Center, Chicago, Illinois after which he practiced as a Cardiac Electrophysiologist with Advocate Medical Group / Midwest Heart Specialists in Rockford, Illinois.
Dr. Mallik joined Cardiovascular Medicine in September 2016. He is Board Certified in Clinical Cardiac Electrophysiology and Cardiovascular Disease. He is licensed to practice in Illinois and Iowa and is available for outpatient consultation and follow-up visits at our Moline, Bettendorf, Davenport, and Geneseo locations. He has staff privileges at UnityPoint Health Trinity and Genesis Medical Centers.
Dr. Mallik and his wife, Dr. Namrata Mallik, an internist with Genesis Health System in Moline, live in the Quad Cities with their two sons.
